Please read these carefully as the person making this booking (for themselves or for another passenger) accepts all of Travel Flights' terms and conditions below.
Unless otherwise stated, all deposits paid and tickets purchased/issued are non-refundable. In the case of cancellation or no-show (failure to arrive at the departure airport on time), tickets are non-changeable before or after departure. Bookings are also not transferable, and name changes are not permitted once flights are booked.
Please note, if you pay by deposit, the fare or taxes may increase at any time without prior notice. The price is only guaranteed once the ticket is issued. If there are any fare differences, the passenger will be responsible for covering the cost. We recommend issuing your ticket as soon as possible to avoid this situation. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking for any reason.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details are accurate, including passenger names (matching passports/travel documents), travel dates, transit times, origin and destination, stopovers, baggage allowance, and other flight information. No changes can be made once the ticket is issued unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are in order, including passports, visas (including transit visas), and any other immigration requirements. Please verify these requirements with the appropriate embassy/consulate well before your departure. We cannot be held liable for issues related to passport, visa, or immigration failures.
For up-to-date travel advice, please refer to UK Foreign Travel Advice.
It is your responsibility to reconfirm return or onward flights with your travel agent or the airline at least 72 hours before departure. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, for which we are not liable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. You are responsible for ensuring your travel insurance meets your needs and for complying with all health and vaccination requirements. In the event of lost or damaged baggage, please contact the airline directly, as we cannot accept liability for these claims.
If you have special requests such as meal preferences, seat assignments, or wheelchair services, please notify us when booking. While we will make every effort to fulfill your requests, we cannot guarantee them, and failure to do so does not entitle you to a claim.
Travel Flights is not responsible for losses resulting from unforeseeable circumstances, such as weather, war, natural disasters, pandemics, riots, or strikes. We recommend obtaining travel and health insurance to protect yourself from these risks.
Due to COVID-19, various entry requirements have been implemented, which may change at short notice. You are responsible for staying informed about the entry and exit requirements at both your origin and destination. These may include PCR tests, health forms, or other restrictions.
If your flight is affected by COVID-19, airline policies will apply. In some cases, airlines may only offer future date changes or vouchers instead of refunds. If a refund is allowed, administrative fees may apply, and refunds can take up to 3 months to process.
